The attitudes that we have in life continue to be our attitudes in the afterlife.
Someone who dies after a lifetime devoted to evil will continue in that orientation after death.
Things don’t change for them much, except that the expression of evil, the power to destroy is not available.
They may still have the will to destroy in their mind but they are powerless to affect any experience other than their own.
These deceased are debilitated by self induced ignorance after death and are unable to progress in a normal and natural way through the after death processes.They have depleted themselves to such a place of ignorance that they have no innate knowledge or common sense
with which to function in the afterlife.
They are also unable to build any more knowledge for themselves because they are outside of life. They have created a deeply internal ignorant state for themselves.
